How we Refunds Handled when Product Don’t Dispense Properly?

Refunds and products not dispensing properly are a thing of the past with our service because of our SureVend Guaranteed Product Delivery. Our machine know if a product doesn’t vend properly and when this happens the machine will then relate the call further basically giving the product on extra ‘’nudge’’ to push it over the edge. If the product still doesn’t drop into the receiving bin then it will notify the customer and instruct them to select a different product choice or the option to receive a refund of their purchase. NO MORE COMPLAINTS OR REFUND.
